We are building the next generation power plant, powered by end-consumers, instead of the traditional large-scale power plants.
This one doesn't take fossil fuels or radioactive isotopes, but instead manages the renewable energy and flexible devices (cars, heat pumps, ...) of end-consumers to generate more or less energy.

We're looking to expand our team with an Head of Operations, to help us maintain our business processes and find that sweet balance between pragmatism and process-oriented work.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the team to continuously perfect sales and marketing operations, analyse and optimise partner and client onboarding processes and streamline hiring, marketing and finance. Nothing you can't expect from a start-up at growth.
The profile
Requirements
5+ years in an operational leadership role, in startups or scale-ups.
Proven ability to design and execute scalable processes that align with business goals.
Experience aligning cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
Data-driven approach to solving operational challenges and measuring performance.
Familiarity with HR tools, CRMs, and finance platforms.
Fluent in English & Dutch.
A lot of 'goesting' - just like the rest of the team.
