We are building the next generation power plant, powered by end-consumers, instead of the traditional large-scale power plants.
This one doesn't take fossil fuels or radioactive isotopes, but instead manages the renewable energy and flexible devices (cars, heat pumps, ...) of end-consumers to generate more or less energy.
The job
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll serve as the critical link between customers, partners, and product, driving technical excellence and collaboration. From onboarding to creating scalable solutions, you’ll use your expertise to meet technical needs, enable seamless partnerships, and influence product direction. You’ll also collaborate closely with account managers, founders, and partners to craft impactful proposals and support growth.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Acting as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Supporting sales efforts with technical expertise during pitches and negotiations.
Collaborating with account managers, founders, and partners to create compelling proposals and solutions.
Leading onboarding processes for customers and partners, ensuring seamless integration.
Translating customer and partner requirements into actionable inputs for the product and engineering teams.
Designing scalable technical architectures tailored to customer and partner needs.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges with a proactive approach.
Building lasting relationships with partners and customers, enhancing their success with Powernaut’s solutions.
The profile
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical or customer/partner-facing role, such as solution engineering, pre-sales, or consulting.
Strong technical understanding of software architectures and integrations, with the ability to design scalable solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience collaborating with sales teams and external stakeholders to support deal closures.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer and partner engagements simultaneously.
Passionate about renewable energy and enabling the energy transition.
