We are building the next generation power plant, powered by end-consumers, instead of the traditional large-scale power plants.
This one doesn't take fossil fuels or radioactive isotopes, but instead manages the renewable energy and flexible devices (cars, heat pumps, ...) of end-consumers to generate more or less energy.
The job
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you are responsible for the entire supply chain of AI in our product. This starts with identifying opportunities, and ends with deploying and maintaining models at scale. The models you deploy are used in a highly important commodity sector, performance and explainability will define succes.
You will work in a hands-on, strategic and supervisory role, a fresh breath of startup vibes!
The profile
Proven track record of taking ownership of AI initiatives, from conception to execution, with responsibility for the success and continuous improvement.
Expertise in machine learning and data science, particularly with time series data.
Hands-on expertise in bringing AI models to production, deploying, and maintaining them at scale (MLOps).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about driving innovation and excellence with AI applications.
Team player who thrives on working with everyone to make big things happen together.
