We are building the next generation power plant, powered by end-consumers, instead of the traditional large-scale power plants.
This one doesn't take fossil fuels or radioactive isotopes, but instead manages the renewable energy and flexible devices (cars, heat pumps, ...) of end-consumers to generate more or less energy.
The job
As our Product/Account Based Marketeer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Powernaut’s go-to-market strategy. Your focus will combine product marketing, growth marketing, strategic positioning, and delivering messaging that resonates with B2B customers and partners across different markets. You will take ownership by refining our language-market fit, align our value proposition with customer needs, and position us as a market defining player in energy flexibility.
We're looking for someone with a broad range of skills who can handle various tasks and help the company succeed beyond just marketing.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Crafting go-to-market strategies for new and existing markets.
Refining positioning and messaging for diverse audiences.
Designing and running account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Creating sales enablement content, like pitch decks and case studies.
Working with customers to gather feedback, spot market trends and iterate on positioning.
Collaborating closely with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and pain points.
Ensuring a strong language-market fit by tailoring communications to reflect cultural and regional nuances.
Managing content creation, webinars, events, and other initiatives to establish thought leadership and build brand credibility.
The profile
Requirements
4+ years in product marketing, growth marketing or go-to-market strategy, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
Proven experience in enterprise and account-based marketing (ABM).
Skilled in crafting messaging that fits regional audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
Experience creating impactful sales materials and organise events that drive brand visibility and engagement.
Professional fluency in English; other languages are a bonus.
Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration skills.
