We are building the next generation power plant, powered by end-consumers, instead of the traditional large-scale power plants.
This one doesn't take fossil fuels or radioactive isotopes, but instead manages the renewable energy and flexible devices (cars, heat pumps, ...) of end-consumers to generate more or less energy.
The job
As our Customer Growth/Engagement Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value.
As our first Customer Engagement Manager, you will set the standard operations on an excellent customer experience. From identifying opportunities to onboarding customers and fostering their success, you will be the face and driving force behind Powernaut’s customer relationships.
You will work closely with the commercial and engineering team, shaping strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with our company vision.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Customer Onboarding - Responsible for the Project Management in onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring seamless integration with our platform. Responsible for risk and issue management, project communication and stakeholder management.
Lifecycle Management - Identifying and engaging opportunities with new and existing customers, including Customer education and enablement.
Data-Driven Customer Insights - Using metrics to assess end-customer satisfaction, engagement, and likelihood of renewal or churn.
Roadmap alignment - Aligning the internal product roadmap with current and future customer needs.
Retention & Growth - Expand our customers’ engagement with Powernaut, maximising their use of our capabilities.
The profile
Requirements
3+ years of experience - in the energy or technology sector. In Customer Success management, project management, presales, implementation consulting, or similar roles.
Technical Expertise - Familiarity with digital platforms and tools to optimize customer engagement as well as a deep understanding of electricity markets and its opportunities.
Customer-Centric Mindset - Prioritizing customer success and satisfaction in the full customer journey.
Communication Skills - Delivering clear, effective, and empathetic communication at scale in English, with additional fluency in German or French as a plus..
